Resident Support & Reporting

Find the right route for repairs, complaints, estate issues and support from the Residents’ Association.

Resident Support & Reporting

The Glamis Residents’ Association wants residents to get the right help as quickly as possible.

For most housing, repair, tenancy and estate management issues, the first point of contact should be East End Homes or the relevant statutory service. The Residents’ Association is not responsible for carrying out repairs, managing tenancies, investigating anti-social behaviour or providing emergency services.

Where appropriate, we can help residents understand the correct reporting route or consider matters that have already been raised through the proper channels but remain unresolved.

Start With The Right Service
